Sergey is an experienced design innovator. He conceptualizes the way we wrap up our clients' products and services into user-friendly and visually appealing solutions.

An award-winning art director, educator, and author, Sergey's core competence is creating complex digital products. Mobile apps, Web sites, AR interfaces, chat bots, and voice assistants — he offers a decade of progressive expertise in leading and inspiring design teams, including a Chief Creative Officer position at Redmadrobot, one of Russia's pioneering UI/UX agencies. Sergey also teaches and tutors the next generation of digital professionals in his signature courses at Bang Bang Education and, formerly, the British Higher School of Design.

Egor has extensive production experience in digital design projects. He connects the client, the team, and the partners into a closed-loop system, and directs their efforts to benefit the project.


In every product he manages, Egor acts as a UX specialist and solves business problems. He also advises product design teams on how to optimize the processes in order to improve their results. In the Madebymad projects, he manages the team and monitors the quality of the result before it is presented to the client.

Ivan is our key technical advisor. He lends his extensive expertise to the research and tech backbone for our projects, breaking down business needs into tangible solutions at every stage of a product life cycle. Ivan spearheads our in-house development studio, which lets our clients dream big and stay flexible.


From fintech to healthcare, Ivan has mentored numerous development teams that delivered beautiful success stories. He fosters flexible methodologies, making sure the product is always in alignment with the client’s goals.
