People go to mountains to have fun and get bright emotions from skiing. Though at first they spend much time in search for best spots and lifts. We redesigned Rosa Khutor app so that resort guests quickly find what they need at the moment.

First we looked for directions on how to improve the customer experience: interviewed guests at the resort, mapped customer journey and overviewed competitors. Then we created the strategy: our main goal was to provide a way to quickly find all the info, that's why we developed a map with a 3D view for easy and smooth navigation.
